At Xari Noir’s Collection, every item is handmade with care and attention to detail. We want you to love your purchase, but if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be:

• Unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging.

• Free from damage, stains, or odors.

• Accompanied by proof of purchase (e.g. order number or receipt).

Please contact us at info@xarinoir.com before sending your return so we can provide instructions. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you by email. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on personalised or used sensory products.
